I am a seasoned expert in auditing, forensic accounting, insolvency, taxation, and arbitration with over 20 years of experience. As the founder and leader of Elite Auditing Ltd (UK) and Ismail Hajeir Auditing (UAE), I provide high-quality assurance and advisory services to clients worldwide. Throughout my career, I have held key leadership roles, including Partner, CFO, and financial strategist for international organizations.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tax Agent, and Judicial Expert, with memberships in INSOL International, the Dutch Restructuring Association, and leading UAE accounting bodies. I also serve as an arbitration expert in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain, specializing in financial disputes. My expertise is recognized by UAE ministries, where I am accredited as a judicial and bankruptcy expert.

Academically, I hold a PhD in Judicial Accounting (UK), an MBA in Accounting (Jordan), and specialized diplomas in tax, insolvency, and judicial studies. I am also a published author and frequent speaker, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical financial solutions.

Fluent in Arabic and English, I navigate complex cross-border regulations with deep industry insight, helping businesses and legal entities resolve financial challenges effectively.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Beirut Arab University, a VAT Diploma from the Federal Tax Authority, and an ICA/MoEc Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) – DNFBPs. With over 10 years of experience in the financial and corporate sector, I currently serve as the General Manager of Hajeir Group, where I lead with a clear focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and strong corporate governance.

My background combines deep financial acumen with a practical understanding of compliance, internal controls, and business optimization. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed cross-functional teams, driven organizational improvements, and ensured that every initiative aligns with the highest standards of regulatory and ethical integrity.
