As the founder and leader of Elite Auditing Ltd (UK) and Ismail Hajeir Auditing (UAE), I provide high-quality assurance and advisory services to clients worldwide. Throughout my career, I have held key leadership roles, including Partner, CFO, and financial strategist for international organizations.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tax Agent, and Judicial Expert, with memberships in INSOL International, the Dutch Restructuring Association, and leading UAE accounting bodies. I also serve as an arbitration expert in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain, specializing in financial disputes. My expertise is recognized by UAE ministries, where I am accredited as a judicial and bankruptcy expert.

Academically, I hold a PhD in Judicial Accounting (UK), an MBA in Accounting (Jordan), and specialized diplomas in tax, insolvency, and judicial studies. I am also a published author and frequent speaker, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical financial solutions.

Fluent in Arabic and English, I navigate complex cross-border regulations with deep industry insight, helping businesses and legal entities resolve financial challenges effectively.
